Towards a more intuitive customer portal
Nitro renewed Lumme Energia’s brand identity. As their brand recognition grew, it was noted that the OmaLumme customer portal did not match the modern brand look, and that its user interface did not support an intuitive user experience. Nitro implemented an agile UI project, where the look and the user interface were renewed to make the portal visually more logical and easier to use.

In the OmaLumme service, Lumme Energia's customers can view their electricity invoices and contracts and, in addition to tracking electricity consumption, easily manage many issues related to their electricity contracts. Nitro designed a new and modern visual look for the service that matches Lumme Energia's renewed brand look.
On visual choices we focused especially on the user interface accessibility and intuitiveness. On content-heavy platforms, visual harmony and clarity need to be emphasized, and these were especially taken into account in the new look.
