This accessibility statement applies to the web service and was updated on April 27, 2023. The online service was originally published in its current form on December 1st2022. is committed to accessibility and its improvement. The status of the accessibility of the online service is constantly monitored and the accessibility of the service is evaluated regularly. We offer support to users for whom digital services are not accessible.

Accessibility status for digital service online service largely meets the A and AA level accessibility criteria stated by accessibility requirements (WCAG criteria 2.1). In the online service, special attention has been paid to e.g.

  • the use of colors and sufficient contrast

  • a logical structure and user interface

  • alternative descriptions of images

  • smoothness of navigating with the keyboard

  • browsing the site with reading devices

  • technical accessibility, e.g. ARIA attributes and HTML standards, testing and error reporting

Accessibility deficiencies of the online service

The website includes, for example, excerpts from campaign video material or other decorative video material that is not subtitled. The videos do not contain information relevant to the use of the website, customer relations or contracts.

The page has video elements lasting more than 5 seconds that start automatically when the cursor is moved over the element.

External or third-party services

The site has services and solutions produced by third parties, such as Google maps embedding of office locations, Cookiebot's cookie tool and Leadoo's lead form tool. Instead of Nitro, the producer of the respective service is responsible for the accessibility of these services. Primarily, Nitro chooses third-party services that meet a sufficient level of accessibility considering the nature of the transaction.
