Animation, 3D, CGI & VFX
High-quality post-production is deeply embedded in Nitro Film’s DNA. Animation and 3D are an integral part of our design and production processes, and our animators, 3D artists and VFX specialists are a core part of our team. This creates opportunities to show things that would otherwise be impossible to film, and to tell stories that might otherwise remain untold. And of course, they also provide that all-important visual wow factor.
Audio
Audio brings emotion, space and context to a story. Its role in brand-building and storytelling is enormous: the image makes the point, and the sound makes the audience believe it. When a message reaches the audience’s ears in a way that is easy to absorb and genuinely engaging, it leaves a lasting impression. Whether it is voice-over, radio advertising or podcast production, we handle everything from planning to production in Nitro Film’s own sound studio on Kaarlenkatu in Helsinki. Our award-winning sound design covers everything from selecting the right voice actors to composing music.
How to shoot something that doesn't exist yet? Easy: You just have to imagine the future and then create it from scratch. B2B marketing is also done for people and must be approached with the same ambition as consumer advertising or drama. The picture tells the story and the sound makes it come true.

When the brand story embraces the universe, there is indeed room for flashy visuals. When filming is impossible, the ability to create pixels from scratch is weighed. Portraying a unicorn fetus is a challenge that Nitro Film was created to overcome.

When you combine a wonderful and courageous client with brilliant and talented creators, the end result is laughable. We had the pleasure of composing and producing our own brand song for our customer Lumme Energia. Well, the things got totally out of control – but also amazingly and widely popular.

Cars and football are present in a person's life in many ways. There are pedal cars, toy cars and real cars. There is a yard game, a youth league, a top-tier league and the European Championships. The Huuhkajat brand film was designed and produced for Volkswagen, the main partner of the Association of Finnish Football and Veikkausliiga, to raise the excitement of the European Championship and to celebrate the great cooperation between Finnish football and automotive industry.
